Cardo con crema de jamón y champiñones

ingredientes :

Receta para 4 personas:

– 1 cardo mediano
– 4 cucharadas de piñones.
– 1 cucharadita de ajo molido Batán
– 160 gr de jamón ibérico
– 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
– 200 ml de leche
– 200 ml de nata
– 3 ramitas de perejil fresco
– Sal al gusto

preparación :

Para preparar esta receta de cardo con crema de jamón y piñones, limpiamos el cardo intentando retirar las mayores partes de hebras, lo cortamos y cocemos con leche y agua. Añadimos un pellizca de sal y ajo molido Batán. Dejamos cocinar hasta que esté tierno. Reservamos el caldo y el cardo por separado. A continuación, añadimos el aceite a una cazuela, después, el jamón y los piñones, cuando doren estos últimos, añadimos el cardo y la nata dejando que dé un hervor.

Si se queda muy espeso, añadimos un poco de caldo de cocción. Servimos esta receta de cardo con crema de jamón y piñones con perejil fresco espolvoreado. Si desea puede colocar una lasca de jamón deshidratada en el horno para decorar.
