Locro de Zapallo

locro de zapallo

ingredientes :

– 1 kilo de zapallo
– 3 papas amarillas
– 1 papa blanca grande cortada en cuadritos
– 1 choclo
– 1 taza de habas
– 1 taza de cebolla picada en cuadritos
– 1 tomate picado
– 100 gramos de queso fresco picado en cuadritos
– 1 cucharadita de Ajo Molido Batán
– 1 cucharada de perejil picado
– 2 cucharadas de aceite
– Sal
– Huevos (opcional)
Comino Molido Batán al gusto
Pimienta Negra Molida Batán al gusto

preparación :

– Para la elaboración del Locro de Zapallo, primero sancocha el zapallo con las papas amarillas en una taza de agua. Cuando estén bien cocidos, licúalos brevemente.

– Luego fríe la cebolla y la cucharita de Ajo Molido Batán en la sartén con aceite bien caliente, y agrega el tomate picado, el Comino Molido Batán, Pimienta Molida Batán.

– Agrega media taza de agua y cocina el choclo, habas y papa blanca. Incorpora el zapallo y la papa licuada. Si está muy espeso, échale un poco de agua.

– Añade el queso fresco y deja hervir por poco tiempo. Luego echa la sal y por último el perejil. Estará listo para servir, puedes añadir un huevo frito por plato. ¡Buen Provecho!
